Shipping and Delivery

After I have placed my order, how long will it take to ship?

We ship all orders received by 2 PM EST within 24 hours of receiving your order. So, for example, if we receive your order at 1:30 PM on a Monday, we will ship your order on Tuesday. If we receive your order at 8 PM on a Monday, it may not ship until Wednesday.

We will immediately acknowledge your order via email and you will receive a confirmation of your order shipment via email, including tracking information as soon as the order is picked, packaged and shipped to you.

Any item(s) out of stock or any other delay in processing your order will be communicated in the same 24 hour time frame.

If you are placing your order over the weekend or on a holiday, we will process your order on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

We ship all orders using UPS Ground Shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. If you require expedited shipping, you will be charged the actual, computed shipping charge based on your choice of arrival time and the destination address. Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items. When choosing an expedited method, please remember your order will not ship out from our warehouse until the next business day after your order is placed.
