Why was my shopping cart emptied as I began to place my custom uniform order?
This feature allows your custom uniform order to be processed as specified by your club or school. Custom uniform orders need to be processed separately from any personal items you may wish to purchase. Please complete two separate transactions when purchasing custom uniforms and purchasing additional personal products.
Why does the website require me to "join the herd" as I place my custom uniform order?
By Joining the Herd you are setting up an account and providing contact information to Team Gazelle. This information is necessary in the event we need to contact you regarding your custom order. Your personal information is not sold or shared with any third parties. Please refer to our Privacy and Security Statement.
I was provided a "catalog code" for placing my custom uniform order, why is it important to use this code?
This code identifies you as an authorized purchaser for the custom uniform and matches your order to the correct team within your organization. It is important to use only the code provided for your specific player on a team. If you have two children who play for the same organization and play on two different teams, you will have two separate “catalog codes†for placing the individual orders.
What if I order the wrong size custom uniform?
Custom uniforms cannot be returned or refunded for wrong size orders. Team Gazelle or the organizing club or school often conducts a fitting session to help make your specific size selections. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to try on the uniforms to insure proper fit.
Why is it important to review my order confirmation email carefully?
You will receive an order confirmation immediately upon placing your order. The order confirmation will detail the items you have purchased by size and color. It is important to review the details and contact us immediately if any errors in your order are noticed. An order changed for size and color correction promptly after ordering can be corrected. Once an order has been processed and custom embellished, you will be charged for the ordered items and will need to reorder and pay for the item(s) to be replaced.
When will my custom uniform order be shipped?
The shipping of a custom uniform order is determined by the ordering organization. Orders can be shipped to a team manager, the individual or to the school. Please check with your club, school or team administration to determine the order deadline and expected delivery date and method.
